What makes a business amazing? Their top notch customer service and great employees! From our first visit and all the way to bringing our atv home, they were with us every step of the way to ensure that our needs and requests are met. Our transactions were smooth and we were not pressured to purchase anything else than what we came to the store for. Our son was fitted by Dough with the appropriate size helmet to make sure it was not only safe for him but comfortable as well as he wears prescription glasses. He was patient and engaging to our 11yo as we proceeded from one helmet to another until we found the right one. Even our son had a great time with them. One thing that stands out in our experience was the positive attitude of the employees, however, I want to say a special shout out to ASH who were with us every step of the process and went out of his way to assist our family. When it was time to pick-up our atv, my husband was out of town, so it was only my son and I who went back to the Myatt branch. Our atv was loaded securely to the truck bed and we drove home excitedly. At home, when I was on the process of unloading the atv off the truck, I couldnt crank the engine on. I called Ash and he patiently explained that I needed to use the choke lever as the engine was still cold. For the life of me, I could not locate the choke lever! (Yes, I am a figuratively four eyed blind person! ) I called Ash again and he came to rescue me of my dilemma! Mind you, this was after work hours! He unloaded the atv, crank the engine, test drove it to make sure everything was alright. Ash saved the day for us! Our family couldnt thank him enough for what he did. Now we are just enjoying our atv knowing these people have our backs in case we encounter any issue. Thank you all so much!

I was looking around on the internet for my dream bike and came across a Harley Davidson Freewheeler. I immediately contacted their internet salesman Ash Black. Had shifting problems with our 2014 RT Spyder talked with service manager Jeff he was very helpful explaining solutions. While Spyder was in shop I asked if they would check several other areas of concern oil leak, breaks, fuel filter and air filter. Jeff advised me the air filter was fine that impressed me. Why because he could have put a new air filter in and no one would but Jeff would know the difference. The shifting problem was covered under warranty and shifts much better. The bike was ready before the weather was good enough to drive home.

My sales person was Lewis. I was very pleased with his help and knowledge of the products that you sale. He never once pressured us on any aspect to buy and even helped us to upgrade from what we thought we wanted. Lewis was top shelf with us and thinking of maybe purchasing another next year. Too many grandchildren for one Sea Doo.. Thanks again for the service and see that Lewis is commended for his customer service Thanks to Ken also in financing. He was good to work with.

On 6/25/2016 I dropped off my 2013 Victory CCT for repair, I felt the fuel pump had failed, that was my diagnosis. Jeff, the Service Manager informed me they would do a diagnostic test and get in touch with me, plus my bike would always kept inside awaiting repair. That is VERY IMPORTANT to me to keep my Toy inside protected from the weather. I received a call from Jeff on 6/27/2016 at 9:00am that yes the fuel pump had failed, a new one would be ordered promptly and I should have the bike by the weekend. Well, I didn't have to wait that long, bike repaired and ready for pick-up on 6/30/2016 around 3;00 pm. Great people did what they had to do to get us in Can Am Commander. Only criticism they were slow or understaffed to get us out of dealership. On the other hand I am not real patient.

I purchased a CanAm Spyder from the Madison store. I was very leary and ready to be defensive the first day I went to look because I am a woman and had stereotyped all salesmen. The moment I walked into the store, I felt very comfortable and at ease. I explained I was just looking, they applied absolutely no pressure! Allowed me to look all I wanted , took my time, and left feeling great about the people here! A couple weeks later I went back and purchased my Spyder. EVERYONE was excellent, professional, and very helpful! They all went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable with my bike and every possible question was answered, they didn't even get upset when I called 20 times one day with questions! Love these guys and gals! Can't say enough good things about them. I am from Knoxville and went into my local dealer ,they dismissed me, took 20 minutes to find out if they could help and then they asked the wrong person (my husband who was with me). I was interested in a new UTV, so I called up to Americas motorsports in Dickson TN. I got a Guy by the name of Blake he was really Nice and well mannered. HE got me to come in and he took time out of his day to show me numerous UTVS. we finally found the right one just for me. I was really pleased with the way they treated me down their. it is very nice down home store, that I feel like they would do anything for me. I am from SC and saw an ad on Craigslist for a used 2013 Kawasaki Mule 610 xc. I called and talked to Alex Simmons(internet sales manager-Madison, TN) to get all the details. He sent me every picture that I asked for so, I decided to check them out a little further. I admit, I was a little cautious but went to the website, called the Better Business Bureau and found that they had an excellent rating. Alex had given me a good price and even given me some guidance in finding a shipping company to get my Kawasaki Mule to SC from Madison, TN. I ended up using uShip and all worked out fine. The mule is exactly or even better than he told me. I would defiantly recommend buying from these people.

I just wanted to say what a great experience it's been purchasing a bike from Alex in the internet sales department. I saw the bike on cycletrader and called Alex about it. He gave me a great price and worked with my shipper to have the bike delivered without any complications. Normally, I'd be uneasy about making a large purchase like this without seeing the bike but Alex's description was spot on and there were no surprises. I do not normally post comments or testimonials, but my experience in purchasing a motorcycle with America's Motorsports in Nashville (8th Ave) was extraordinary; the experience was refreshing to say the least. The sales person, Van, was knowledgeable, experienced and enthusiastic to give me the best experience in purchasing a bike. From the trade-in to the test ride of a couple of bikes, he worked diligently to ensure everything was worked out. While I did not finance the bike, Tracy (admin) was proficient, thorough and helpful in going through all the paperwork. Working with the Yamaha corporation, she was able to ensure the remaining 5 months on the manufactory warrant was active, as well as a great deal on an additional 2 year full Yamaha warranty. I purchased an attachment for my IPhone and GPS from Tyler (parts), which he had installed for me and made it ready to go. The last exemplary service was from Jeff (service manager) who diligently went over ever detail of the bike and all the features. When I left, I had full confidence I had a real team behind me to support every aspect of my ride. I researched the bike that I wanted, but I found the selection of bikes, new and pre-owned, to be enormous and would invite anyone interest in purchasing a pre-owned or new bike, to see Van and all the folks at America's Powersports in Nashville.
